This Privacy Policy applies to the collections, uses and disclosures of Personal Information by Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) Foundation (“we”) in connection with the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation Website (“the Website”).
PRHC Foundation respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not rent, sell or trade the personal information we collect including information contained in our mailing lists. The information you provide to us will be used to fulfil our mandate to raise funds for Peterborough Regional Health Centre and to keep you informed of the Foundation’s activities. - To be assured that information about their donation is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.
- To expect that all relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to the donor will be professional in nature.
- To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors.
- To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that an organization may intend to share.
- To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.
